Baltimore Licensed Electrician Wanted I'm looking for electricians for upcoming jobs in Baltimore, MD. The current project is on Nicholas Ave Balt MD 21206, that is in the Belair neighborhood. This is a 2 bedroom row house a 5 minute drive from the Home Depot on Eastern Ave. SCOPE OF WORK Trim out 3 floors, in a 2 br row house, basement, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. There is about 10% of new work that was not done in the rough in stage. Install wall outlets, switches, garbage disposal, dishwasher outlet, microwave outlet, electric dryer outlet, lights, 4 ceiling fans, 4 exterior lights, doorbell, gfci’s, etc. TIME ALLOTTED: 3 calendar days max(8 hour days). (1 man or woman can do this in 3 days max, 2 or 3 people can do this in 1 day) START: Monday Oct 3, 2022 to Thursday Oct 6, 2022. PERMIT: Yes, you must pull a Baltimore permit WRITTEN CONTRACT: Yes LICENSES: Yes. Must send a copy of your Baltimore plumber’s license. A copy of your driver’s license is needed after our first meeting, if we are going to work together. MATERIAL: I can pay for all materials. You make a list, you pick them up, I pay for them, or I can pick them up from Home Depot and pay for them. So you can bid labor only. PRICE METHODS: 1. Flat fee: (My preferred choice for this job) 2. Per Hr Rate: Probably not for this job, but will be considered. (Maybe for future jobs.) 3. Per Day Rate: 4. Per Item: Send your lists (this is good for future jobs). You can use 1, 2. 3, or all 4 of the price methods above to bid this job. If you can send me a price based on the photos provided, then send it. If you need to look at the job first, then contact me. PAYMENT: 10% down at signing of contract 40% after 2nd day of (8+ hrs each) work or completion of work, whichever is sooner, 50% within 48 hrs of Electrical inspection approval. No large upfront deposits. I can not take the losses anymore. MEETING: I will be at the property Tuesday 04-Oct-2022 morning for an inspection. I can meet you then.
