To adopt him, you must meet at Arlington Green Oaks police station, sign a contract to take him for neutering and pay $50 that will be returned to you at the same location. The money will be returned to you, when you bring a prove of neuter along with the kitten to do sole check. Neuter is recommended when he’s 5 months, mid of December.
