Looking For Bass Guitarist

Our bass player recently departed and we're looking for a replacement. We play classic rock and pop along with some more contemporary material. Rehearsals are in Vienna, close to the intersection of Rt 7 and the Dulles Toll Rd., typically on a weekend morning at 9:00 am before traffic builds up. We try to rehearse at least once a month, and more frequently when we have a gig coming up. We'd like to gig monthly, but the pandemic set us back and gigs are harder to find these days - we'd be happy to play out more if we can, though, and our ideal candidate will be willing to help in securing gigs. We try to be generally faithful to original recordings, but don't necessarily play all parts note-for-note, and we sometimes change key signatures to suit someone's vocal range. Our rehearsal space has a compact bass amp and cab available so it's not necessary bring one unless you want to. We're all vaccinated and boosted and ask that you be, too.
