We are looking for someone to do work around our home, including: **YARD WORK** (TRIMMING, MOWING, CLEARING OUT SHED, ETC.) **REPAIRING WOODWORK, CABINETS, PLUMBING, WALLS, AND MORE** **CLEANING ATTIC, STORAGE SHED, and OTHER AREAS INSIDE AND OUT** **MAINTAINING THE HOME ONCE WORK IS COMPLETED (INCLUDING COMING BACK REGULARLY TO HELP US KEEP UP THE HOME** This is part time work -- 2 to 4 hours a day, several days a week until all the repair work is completed, then as necessary to maintain both the yard and house (inside and out). We can be VERY flexible with the hours, so this would be perfect for someone with a full time job wanting to add to their income. We pay hourly ($15-$20 depending on the work to be done) ALL CASH.
