Hypo-allergenic Mixed ShitZu/Poodle - Needs Aggression Training

Scout (previously Shaggs) is an absolutely fantastic Shitzu/Poodle/Chihuahua who needs a new home with an owner knowledgable in dog aggression. I took him in because he bit his previous owner's toddler. He's got a lovely, soft, nonshedding coat that appears to be completely hypoallergenic. Unfortunately he's just too young (1.5 year old) and energetic for me (I have health issues and am in bed much of the day) and can't keep up with the training necessary. He is great most of the time, responds well to training, but recently he's become very aggressive with me and my training is making him worse. I want him to go to an experienced home that knows how to deal with smaller, aggressive dogs. He is fairly small (17 lbs) and easy to handle. I've taken him on a hikes and he behaves really well around the other people and dogs. He jetted right up the mountain. He tolerates baths and trimming well - but only with me, not with groomers (so far). He's a good sleeper (and will either nuzzle with you in bed or sleep on his mats). He needs to go with a knowledgable dog owner for a few reasons - he had great bite inhibition and has yet to really break skin, but I'm not the right owner for this fantastic dog. He responds well to timeouts and redirecting, and thats working for basic skills - but his aggression towards me is getting worse over time. He's a high energy dog--still puppyish. Best to go to a home where he can get walked and played with often. He goes to puppy play twice a week and does really well - I think he'd be great with a second high energy dog or just someone who really likes playing with him. He will chew on paper or rags, etc if he gets bored and you leave them lying around and recently (the past 2 weeks) has developed the habit of taking "off limit" items and bringing them to me for attention.
