You should be: Passionate about your work An excellent communicator Friendly and presentable to customers Able to work alone or in a team setting We are seeking more subs with experience in: Plumbing / HVAC / Electrical / Roofing So if you're skilled at plumbing and hvac, you should be able to troubleshoot problems with boilers/ furnaces, condensing units, split systems, water heaters, etc. You should also have your own tools and transportation. If you don't own a set of manifold gauges then you aren't an HVAC tech! If your work vehicle is a coupe or 4 door sedan, you're not a contractor!
