We are a Local North Idaho Floor Installer Company currently looking to add experienced installers and train additional members wanting to learn the Professional Floor Installation Trade. About CRA Custom Flooring Inc We do ALL types of flooring to include: LVP, LVT, Laminate, Vinyl, Carpet and specialty Carpet, Carpet Tile, VCT, Tile and Tear Out and more. We stay very busy year round. We do mostly commercial and some specialty residential work. We are a family owned company. We have fun! About YOU: MUST BE MOTIVATED! Must be dependable and honest! Must be a hard worker and understand what hard work is! Must have a valid drivers license and transportation! Must work well with others and have a good attitude! Must be available up to 7 days a week as needed including occasional nights and weekends. Must want to learn! Starting Training Pay is $15 per hour. Your pay moves up as fast as your skills do! Experienced Installers DOE. Employment Type: Full Time Hours and days very per job site. You will have hands on training in all aspects of flooring including the use of our tools and equipment.
