I am a jewelry maker and 35mm movie film handler looking for a small studio for December move in near my home in center city or South Philly. My budget is maxed out at $400 and I would ideally like to do something between $200-$400. I do not need a lot of space. My crafts are also not very messy so even a room (with separate entry ways as to not disturb you) is fine by me. What I would like in a studio but don't necessarily need is natural light and included utilities. 24/7 access is most important to me or even just late hour access as I tend to work at night.
