Introduction: Creative Illuminations, a "white glove" holiday decorating company was established in 2012 and is looking for hard working, reliable, dedicated team members to join us this holiday season. This is seasonal employment concluding mid December. There are takedown and long term continuous opportunities for growth for high performing individuals throughout January 2023 and beyond. We are looking for experienced individuals who are able to take on leadership roles as we continue to scale our business. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation. Looking for hard working outgoing individuals to serve as the face of our institution. All team members must share a Positive Attitude, Problem Solving Abilities and Patience! Enabling you to provide Excellent customer service even during "fast-paced and hectic" days. Working as a lighting decorator there are no qualifications needed. Our trained experts will provide on the job training. Must NOT be afraid of heights and able to climb a tree and/or ladder. Compensation Starting pay is $12 per hour for the first 80 hours on completion. (MUST ATTEND EVERY SHIFT OF FIRST 80 Hr) A minimum of $2 pay increase will be issued after training period is complete based on; Performance, Attendance, Timing, and Behavior. If team member's vehicles are utilized during shifts, employees will receive compensation based upon Texas Standard of Travel Reimbursement Rates. Uniforms: Uniforms will be required and checked daily. If team members are not in proper work attire they will be denied work. Must wear black work pants/shorts with belt. Employees MUST wear proper work shoes. Shirts and hats will be provided by Creative Illuminations and will be distributed/collected daily for wash. Employees will need to bring their own lunch, tools, and/or equipment. Work starting October 1st 2021 Full Time; Work hours are from Dawn to Dusk.
