My name is Ryan, I am looking to hire on as an employee, or as a subcontractor, someone who already has construction experience, if you have experience with retrofit / insert application of windows, and interior trim experience, that's even better, if you know how to wrap windows that is a bonus. You would need your own transportation, and if possible some tools, if you don't have tools I can supply you with the tools you need. I own my own small business and I'm looking for a right hand man, starting pay would be very competitive, and as you learn or show me how you can work pay will go up accordingly.
