SICK RAT PLEASE HELP

Im no expert but i need help asap. My rat has been sick and hasnt been eating or drinking. Ive been keeping up with him daily to try and heal him but its not seem to working. His teeth are starting to overgrow and i dont think he can chew anymore. I dont know how to cut his teeth and unfortunately dont have money at this moment to take him to the vet. If someone wants to take him to actually take care of him properly as i should have, please... Please help him.. He such a good boy and deserves a life. Yes i am in a rush to find help but he is not snake food. He is a trained, caring rat therefore needs a caring home so i will be careful with who he goes with. He is kind to other rats except for right now since he isnt feeling too well.
