Helper for my mother needed at a very nice retirement home in PCB.

I am looking for someone that can give my mom a hand with a few easy to do things for 1hr a day, at the same time every day in the afternoon, 5 days a week, Mon-Fri in a very nice and secure retirement home where she has her own room. Tasks include: 1. Making her a milkshake daily (using the blender there and from ice cream and 1 ensure drink that will be in the fridge). 2. Stirring up 2 cups of Metamucil and ensuring that she drinks both as well as the milkshake. This will take some encouraging. Also giving her a multivitamin. 3. Taking her for a very short walk around the building. Outside (on the property) preferably while its warm and if cold just a stroll inside the building. 4. Giving her encouragement and visiting for a little while and doing a couple things like maybe a puzzle, reading to her, chatting or just watching Netflix. I anticipate about 30 min spent on the chores mentioned above and about 30 min of just visiting. The person will need to call me for a very brief check in when they get there (or maybe just a text) and then a call at the end of the hour to update me on her and let me know they are leaving. These will be very short calls. I am specifically looking for an around 45 to 65 year old woman for this role since that is the type of person my mother is most comfortable with. There will need to be a very basic background check done which I will pay for. If they have a social media account that will be helpful as well also a couple references would be good. Race doesn't matter but it might be nice if they were a practicing Christian (but not someone to preach to my mom) but would like someone that could encourage to go her to go the chapel there sometimes. They won’t need to go themselves just maybe gently encourage her. The person's personality is probably more important than their skillset. It's important they are positive, nice, very dependable and can actively work to cheer my mom up. Not only would you be making a little money but doing a good thing as well. My mom is very nice but reserved at the moment especially in these new surroundings and could use some cheering up. But she is polite, in good physical shape, a good person, and a little forgetful. The retirement home has healthcare providers and cleaning staff so the person wouldn't be responsible for anything like that. They will only need to rinse out the blender every day. (it’s a brand-new blender and is designed to be easy to clean with a screw off bottom). The location is very nice and comfortable This job would start this week and would pay $50 for each 1hr visit with the total paid at the end of each week. The person will need to have Cash App or PayPal to receive the money. They will need to commit to doing it every day M-F. I am still not sure about the exact time and might be flexible with that but it is important that it be at the same time every day. The job for the moment will be from now until around Thanksgiving. I personally will be back in PCB for the holidays and we can reassess then. I see this as a long-term job. The retirement home is on Panama City Parkway. I can give more details and pics but for their privacy I'd prefer not to mention the name in the ad. The person would check in each time at the front desk. The property itself is very pleasant, bright and modern. Will be meeting people ASAP to do this and would like to have them do at least 1 visit this week hopefully and then start regularly next week.
