Hello my name is Amber. I'm 29 years old. I work in Polk county as a substitute teacher. Im looking to make extra income in the evenings during the week. I'm very good with children. I don't mind working with kids with special needs. I can read with kids, do homework, keep them entertained, I can feed and give baths and clothe kids if needed. I used to be a home health aide. I am familiar with OSHA and HIPPA laws. I would prefer to be a "companion" to any seniors and help with simple ADLs. Cooking, preparing meals, cleaning, making sure medications are taken, I can assist with bathing but I prefer if the senior can bathe themselves. I am compassionate, patient with, and attentive to children and the elderly. I am familiar with some autoimmune issues and dementia. I'm always willing to learn and give my best. Rates start at $12 an hour. Rates based on how much care is involved. Thank you!
