Chow/Lab mix found need home

Dog seems to be chow/lab mix. Vet checked and she's not chipped. We aren't allowed to have more than 2 dogs in our home but landlord said we can't have 3 animals. This is a sweet dog that we found. Will pay you as I don't want to take her to the pound. If you want pics or more info just let me know. She been clean up but may have had fleas missing hair but she's cleaned up. Thanks
