Yikes......I have a BIG issue at a rental property in Florida and need to leave, but have Airbnbs here that need attention before I get on the road. Looking for a man (or woman) of many talents......the first talent, which seems to be the hardest one to find, is the ability to show up on time, on the arranged date, and work a full day without disappearing halfway through a job. Jeesh! I have at least 3 full days of work starting NOW for someone who is reliable, with skills and tools. Oh, and a truck would be really helpful too. I have a couple of rental properties in the area, so someone local who lives close to Roanoke would be fantastic. I would love to find the right person who can work with me on an ongoing basis as things come up Skills that are useful are below: Landscaping Trash removal Minor repairs and troubleshooting Minor electrical and plumbing issues Painting Putting together exterior furniture Helping to sort out the garage Gutter install Light carpentry - I have an almost done deck - it needs sealing at the top Clean-up / Cleaning Nice attitude - that appears to be a hard one too Ability to respond with a detailed email with your phone number and skills - that skill seems to be hard to find too :( Would prefer you to speak English, but I have my mate Alexa and she can translate if necessary. Start Yesterday!!!! Pay is $17 an hour as there are so many little things.
