Backed Up Toilet

I have a backed up toilet. I am looking for someone that has an industrial snake. I have been living in this house for the last 23 years and this particular toilet backs up about once per year. I usually remove the commode and then have a Plummer snake the opening. Each time it has taken about 20 minutes of running an industrial snake down the opening. Please let me know how much you charge to remove the commode, snake and replace commode. (about an hour) If I am wrong and it takes more than an hour, to undo the blockage, we can renegotiate.
