Last night at around 9:00pm I found her on Edison. Between West Country Club Ln and Morse Ave. She has a pink harness and a shock collar on and is very energetic. She is very well kept and is black and a very light brown. If this is your dog or you know somebody whose dog this is please call me at any time.
