He’s bounced in and out of the industry since he was 17 making pit stops at the Orchard Park Country Club, the Red Roost Tavern, Via Vite, Taft’s Ale House and finally landing as the Sous Chef at Guerilla Cinema’s Lonely Pine Steakhouse. When outside the industry, Anthony went to Xavier University to study business and worked for Zenefits in Phoenix, Arizona before returning to Cincinnati to commit to his food passion full time. Brandon Martin Restaurants have always been a part of Brandon’s life. His culinary journey started with his mother who was a chef in New York and while she was cooking Brandon was bussing tables from the time he could walk. His restaurant experience has always gone hand in hand with his professional life, usually having a restaurant job while working in corporate America in Cincinnati, Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles. Recently, he moved back to Cincinnati and worked his way up to Bar Manager from Bus Boy at Taft’s Ale House. Brandon completed his undergrad at Xavier University and spent time at Harvard Business School before settling in to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur and a restaurateur.
