Company is currently working 2 shifts. 1 shift is 5:30 am- 2:30 pm and 2ns shift is from 4:00 PM - 12:30 am. They work OT up to 2 hours and they leave the OT open for volunteers. When they work Saturday's, they usually work 1 shift 5 am - 9 am (4 hours) and 2nd shift works 9 am- 1 pm. NO SUNDAYS All positions pay $17.70 regardless of the shift or function. Siemens hires after 90 days and once hired they give a raise every 6 months for the first 2 yrs All EE's must wear steel toe shoes and safety glasses. Siemens will provide the safety glasses Siemens sources out for the following positions: 1. General Labor- which consists of assembly and piece picking on an assembly line or they can be placed to assemble on their own after they have been trained. Training will last for about 2- 3 weeks depending on experience. If an EE knows how to use power tools, it's a plus 2. F/L- G/L- This will be a dual function position where they will need to know how to operate a sit down (electric) Forklift or a stand up Raymond forklift and they will also be required to work general labor duties for part of the shift.
