Our scruffy got out of our front yard on September 26th. It was afternoon time. A neighbor saw him crossing the street on Vernon and gramercy but didn’t realize he was ours. He’s wearing a red hello kitty collar. Unaltered male. He’s about 10lbs and from the waist down his coat is shorter than the rest of his body because he has a skin infection.
