Car accident witness on Franklin & Tamarind 9/30/22

10:33am Friday 9/30/22 I witnessed a car accident, but was not able to stop. Thankfully someone else ran to help. It occurred when a car turned left from Tamarind onto Franklin (going in the direction of Bronson). The car didn’t have enough time to turn left, and they hit at least one car. I don’t know if the driver came forward, or if they fled. At one point they drove away, but I don’t know where they ultimately went. Anyway, I took a blurry photo. The car looked like a newish black Civic with personalized black license plates. I think the first letters of the plate were KLN. This occurred right across the street from the Scientology building. They might have clearer surveillance camera footage? Anyway, I’m happy to be a witness of some kind. Definitely hoping everyone is ok!
