There is a hew trend in the Air BB market called glamping. Just as it sounds it us a glamorous camping experience. If you have the space on your property, we could design and build a common outdoor kitchen area. Simple bath house for a few shower stalls and a toilet closet or 2. Then depending on how much space you have we can put up Yurts or 4 season designer canvas tents to create a small glamping village. A project that could completely pay for itself within the 1st year and provide you with income every month. There are 3 of us, Tony and myself have been in the construction trades for many years. Tony works for a demolotion/construction company and zi have had my business now for over 20 years doing all types of residential and commercial construction and remodeling. Jessica has managed a number of successful air bb properties and knows how to generate 5 star ratings and rave reviews. We don't heed a place to live however at some point we would like to stop having to put out so much of our income in rent. If we were able to use sweat equity to over time create a livingspace for ourselves, that would be wonderful. We are open to discussing any ideas that you may have!
