Up until 07/23/2022, I was living with my partner. Due to mental and verbal abuse that began to progress, I had to quickly separate myself from the situation and move out abrubtly. This caused me to have to spend finances that I did not have to spend, putting me behind in everything, including rent. It was a blessing to be able to get out of there as quickly as I did, but I need assistance getting back above water. I have not been able to pay my rent for August and September. I now have the rent for August and September, but they have already added on October rent and will not accept August and September without Octobers rent paid. I have the money orders totaling $3,792.15.I attempted to give them to the complex, but they denied it, stating that they have already added October's rent. The total I owe with October rent is $5450.13. My personal mobile bill has also become past due $289.17. With the difference needed in rent and the past due mobile, the total I would need to catch my breath and start swimming again would be $1,947.15. They are filing the Writ of Possession on Monday (10/03), if money orders aren't provided by 5:00 PM. We can - 1. Setup Payment Plan 2. Complete a Promissory Note 3. Get Promissory Notarized 4. Add minimal monetary interest rate (if needed)
