Hand In Hand ACH is a residential adult care home in West Linn responsible for the care and the needs of 5 residents. If you are looking for stable work, we have a few openings for full time work for the following: - Live-in Caregiver/CNA that will consist of 5 working days a week 7am - 7pm. Live-in benefits include: 1 large bedroom with a full size bathroom, free rent and utilities, WiFi, cable and parking spot. - Full time Caregiver/CNA that will consist of 5 working days a week. 7am - 7pm. Many of our residents and families choose our home because of us. Therefore it's important that we find someone that is energetic, has the ability to work independently, and has compassion for the individuals that we provide care to. Typical Duties: - Assisting with activities related to daily living (dressing,grooming, bathing, assisting to use the restroom, eating, etc.) - Meals preperation (breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks as necessary). - Administration of medication and treatments. - Household maintenance (dish washing, laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors). - Transferring, lifting and repositioning residents as needed & requested. - Support the residents in case of emergencies. Physical Requirements: -Must comfortably physically bending and physically assisting residents in the duties listed above. Other Requirements: - Must be able to pass criminal background check. - CNA license preferred. Will consider candidates without a CNA license if they have adequate experience. - Drivers license preferred. - Must be able to be physically fit to assist the resident. Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience.
