STUCK IN LAS VEGAS. 2007 BMW 525i won't start.

Hi, I'm stuck (stranded) in Las Vegas. I drove here from Rancho Mirage last night to go to Demi Lovato's concert at the Venetian Casino. I stopped my car two blocks away to change my clothes before the concert. When I tried restarting my car it wouldn't turn over...nothing. I had this same problem a month ago and changed out the starter. The car was starting fine until last night again. I'm out of ideas. Does anyone know why this is happening again? I'm stranded next to Treasure Island. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!! Sharon
