I operate a property management company for multiple properties. I am looking for someone to help with a wide variety of projects…digging holes for fence, moving furniture, getting supplies, weeding, cleaning grills, cleaning hot tubs, and just about anything that comes up. Properties are mostly in Inver Grove Hts and St Paul and Mendota Hts. Pay is $22/hour, which might seem low but I won’t be sending you a 1099 or a w-2 so it’s actually on par with the work. I prefer paying in venmo, paypal, or cashapp but cash can be provided on occasion. When you first start for me, I can pay you daily until we establish a relationship and then switch over to weekly payments. Requirements: Able to lift 50 lbs Have transportation Work 9am-5pm every weekday Have a cell phone and responsive to text messages No dependence on drugs or alcohol Please reply with AS MUCH INFO about yourself as possible because when I get a message that says, “i’m available” or “i can do it”, I just delete those message as does every employer.
