State of Ohio Conceal Carry Certification This course covers the state of Ohio basic requirements for an individual to obtain and hold a conceal carry permit. Some material covered will include basic handgun safety, proper handgun maintenance and storage, home defense fundamentals, situational awareness, Ohio law pertaining to carrying a conceal handgun and the rights and responsibilities of a conceal carry permit holder in Ohio.
