Remodel job. Must have liability insurance and a min. 5 years experience with drywall, tile, framing, etc. This job should take 4 weeks.
Must have good references and pass a background check. I have 2 jobs. One is to remove a front entry and replace front door, railings, remove existing tile and refinish concrete. Pays $3000.00 in labor.
2nd job pays $18,500.00.
