Small 3'-8' x 7'-9" space with 24/7 access available for $231/month. There is a small nook that expands the space by a foot. There is a single two prong grounded outlet with ducted AC entering space. The room is by the exit. The ceilings are low (around 8 feet). It will be tight to fit a drum set, unless you are very minimal in your set up. It is probably more ideal for a DJ, producer, saxophonist, percussionist, songwriter, etc. This space was booked through the bandspaces website and will need to be booked through there (BW Q10 room). I have already put in notice to leave the space, so I cannot sublet it independently. I can answer any questions you may have, but I posted photos to give you an idea of what you are working with.
