Total Cleaning is seeking subcontractor companies who specialize in Floor Care (Scrub, polishing, terrazo floors) Company must have their own equipment. Must have Liability, Workers Comp and Auto Insurance. Projects will be in the Ftlauderdale Area : zip code 33309 or neighboring areas, must be willing to travel within a 20 mile radius. Must also have experience with large projects, Multi-units, Window cleaning and Floor care, plus if experienced in VCT Strip and wax, but not required, proper supervision and staffing.
