I invite you to attend a ceremony of self-devotion. Sound Sabbath is a space for individuals that would like to attend a weekly secular service that will allow each person to dive into their own ritual journey and discover the altar within. Each 60-minute event will include tools for self-care, grounding, energetic clearing, and an immersive sound journey experience. 2nd & 4th Sundays will be located at The Flanders House, register here. 1st & 3rd Sundays will be located at All Heart Yoga, Registration link: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/427409131217 ***Everett House offers $5 off spa sessions for attendees. A one-hour spa/soak session will be $20, rather than $25. Soak and relax post-sound journey to complete your Sunday self-care ritual. A sound bath is a therapeutic meditation focusing on vibrational sound with a directed intention to calm the mind and relax the physical body. Quartz crystal bowls stimulate alpha and theta brainwaves associated with a clear and peaceful state of mind while bringing all bodily systems back into balance.
