✨NERD ALERT✨ Join us for a Fall Beer Dinner co-hosted by our friends at Upstanding Distribution. Chef Travis and his team have put together a five course meal in the tradition of "Cuisine a la Biere," a Belgian specialty featuring cooking with beer. Each course will be paired with a specialty beer or cider handpicked by owner Erica Baze and Mike Neely of Upstanding Distribution, a locally owned distributor of fine beer & cider in Oregon. Courses will include an amuse-bouche, salad, soup, entree and dessert. Pairings will feature selections from Holy Mountain Brewing, Cantillon, Drie Fonteinen, Dwinell Country Ales, Urban Roots & Son Of Man Cider. Tickets are $125/person including gratuity. 21+ Aperitif cocktail and an Underberg digestif toast included with ticket. Vegetarian options available upon request. Seating at 6:30pm.
