While divorce can be an emotional and financial whirlwind, it doesn’t have to capsize your life. You are not alone as over 50% of marriages end in divorce. Second Saturday was founded in 1989 by the nonprofit organization WIFE.org (the Women’s Institute for Financial Education). Second Saturday Divorce and Custody Workshops have helped thousands of individuals successfully navigate the divorce process. As a Second Saturday Divorce & Custody Workshop participant, you will receive the knowledge, support, resources, and trust to help survive the confusing divorce process. The Workshop will help enable you to move forward with confidence toward rebuilding a new life for a fresh start. Each workshop is taught by a Certified Divorce Coach, Certified Family Law Mediator, Family Law Attorney, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and a Licensed Therapist, and will provide you with knowledge and resources that will empower you, as well as prepare and protect you and your family. Workshops are held on the Second Saturday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost to attend is $55 per person. Pre-registration is recommended. _______ Linda Taylor serves as Team Leader for Second Saturday Divorce and Custody Workshops, Prince George’s Chapter, Maryland. She is a Certified Divorce and Recovery Coach and a Court Appointed Divorce and Custody Mediator for the Circuit Courts in Maryland. She is also Founder of Divorce Think Tank, LLC.
