In this training, participants will learn techniques for incorporating cultural considerations into the diagnosis of substance use disorders in Hispanic and Latinx communities. Participants will be able to recognize the main types of distress experienced by Latinx clients and how to provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive mental health treatment.
