The D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University is excited to present IGNITE D.C. at AUSA - an exclusive entrepreneurship training event for veterans, active duty service members, and military spouses/life partners at the 2022 Association of the United States Army (AUSA). IGNITE Wednesday, October 12, 2022, 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. EST - Registration and Breakfast 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. EST - Event Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC About IGNITE #AUSAIgnite Who should attend: Veterans, active duty service members, and military spouses/life partners who are exploring the opportunity of small business ownership as a career path. What to expect: Over the course of this day-long event, you will be exposed to a robust team of nationally acclaimed speakers, expert instructors, military-friendly business resource providers, and successful veteran and military spouse entrepreneurs, all prepared to help you explore the lifestyle of an entrepreneur, pathways to small business ownership, and the community of support available to you. We continue to monitor recommendations from local health authorities and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for essential large group meetings and events. Anyone attending the 2022 Annual Meeting must be 100% vaccinated for COVID-19, according to the CDC: CDC - Stay Up to Date with Your COVID-19 Vaccines. AUSA does not have a program in place to check vaccination cards at the 2022 Annual Meeting. AUSA will not be accepting negative COVID tests as an alternative to being 100% vaccinated.
