Relax and restore as you are bathed in sound. Shelley will serenade you with the healing sound of singing bowls, chimes, rattles, gongs, drums and guided meditation. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
