Providence Elementary School PTA in collaboration with Daniels Run Elementary School PTA welcome City of Fairfax families to our 1st Annual Spooktacular Jack O'Lantern Stroll in Van Dyck Park.
There will be Jack O’Lanterns on display carved by our wonderful families and organizations, treats for the kids, a special performance by the City of Fairfax Theatre Company, Music by Bach to Rock, and Food Vendors. All Guests are encouraged to wear costumes and bring a Trick or Treat tote bag or bucket.
Event is Free, but registration is required. Pre-register for this FREE Event on Eventbrite and register your family's Jack O’Lantern Submission on Signup Genius (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0E45A4AF22A0FFCE9-jack). Registration for both closes October 20th.We are also partnering for the 1st time with Kids Give Back. If you would like to bring items to donate in support of Fairfax County's Children, Youth and Families Division they are needing: Infant Tylenol & Motrin, Warm Stroller Blankets, Small Baby Toys, Car Seat Toys, Interactive Baby Books, Lovies/Stuffed Animals, Bibs, Bottles, Pacifiers, Baby Wipes For the Mothers: Bath Gel/Soap, Lotion, Candles, and Tea & HoneyPARKING: Limited parking is available at Daniels Run Elementary School, Layton Hall/Old Lee Hwy, and Courthouse Plaza Shopping CenterBATHROOMS: Portable bathrooms will be available. There is no running water in the park.
