At Coach Babysitter, we have contracts with employers who offer childcare(private babysitters hours) to their employees as a back up care in an on call basis as well as other respected indidual families. So we don't have strengers as clients but we have access to all the high profile clients profile.100% safe environment for an 18 years old to a senior or retired person to go to and work. We also have policy that restrict them (the families)from any other requests such as personal assistance, choirs,.. but child care only. Coach Babysitters is not a typical babysitting companies neiher their emplolyees are. We share the age of the child, hours the families need help/a sitter, and address (of their home )with our employees prior booking them or they will pick up shifts they like... Our employees come from all different background as they find this job easy, fun, respecful and super flexible hours. Qualification : Must have a clean background Must be authorized to work in USA and receive checks(which will direct deposit) Must be reliable and trustworthy and committed Having childcare experiecne is a plus but not requied as we will train you online and give your opportunity to start with short shift or older children.
