A crostata is pie's low-key cousin. This free form pastry does not require a pie pan and is beautiful and rustic. Our crust will incorporate locally sourced rye flour sourced from War Eagle Mill in Arkansas.
Participants will leave with a baked crostata and an extra ball of pie dough to make a future crostata at home.
Infused whipped cream will be demonstrated with rose gernaium from my garden.
