Presenter: Robert Madonia This academy will benefit all administrators with an "easy to understand" format that develops and manages budgets at their administrative level. The decentralization of finance along with site based fiscal management will be covered. The dissemination component will be completed during the session and participants will develop a budget and show mastery of the fiscal concepts that they will implement in their role. THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD IN-PERSON Refunds will be issued only to participants who contact SCISC five (5) business days before the start date of the program, or if the program is canceled.
