Come hang out with the Houston Arts Alliance's Grants, Civic Art, and Disaster Services departments at the historic DeLuxe Theater on Monday, October 3rd at 7 PM CST! Register to learn about a new exciting funding opportunity, The Let Creativity Happen! (LCH) grant! This funding is for individual artists and nonprofits for strategic and creative opportunities to engage visitors and residents while building upon Houston's cultural identity and tourism. The grant award is up to $2500. During the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to start the grant application while also learning about HAA’s Civic Art and Disaster Services departments and their impact on the community. There will be a small artist market, comprised of community service entities. This event was developed by Harrison Guy and Houston Arts Alliance staff together to ensure it meets the needs of the community he represents.
