This cocktail event will be specially curated as each spirit offering is hand selected. Soup: Creamy Tomato Thyme Our house made creamy tomato soup is creamy, rich and comforting. Garden Salad: Mixed greens with fried okra croutons with Creole Ranch Dressing. Select an Entree: Grilled Chicken Jambalaya (rice, andouille sausage, tomato and peppers) stuffed chicken served with sautéed asparagus and topped with sun dried tomato vinaigrette. Choose Hampton Crab Cake Choose Hampton Crab Cake with a lemon butter sauce, whipped potatoes and freshly sautéed green beans. Salmon Lafayette Grilled Salmon* topped with an Etouffee tomato cream sauce, onions and bell peppers, whipped potatoes and freshly sautéed green beans.
