Description

This exclusive dinner will feature a four-course Asian-inspired menu by Chefs Raelynn Davis and Rebekah Kohl of Trellis Cafe. The evening will start off with Shrimp Wasabi Cucumber Bites served during cocktail hour. The second course will feature a Japanese Clear Soup with Mushrooms. Following the second course will be Braised Pork Belly, Miso, Bok Choy and Chesnut Rice. Doré Bakery's Pastry Chef, Nik Pugmire, will finish off the dinner with a Black Sesame and Yuzu Layered Trifle.
