We passed each other this morning (Friday sept 30) around 10:45am as I was heading up the dipsea stairs and you were walking down with your dog. You had dark hair and were wearing grey leggings and I was in running gear. We smiled and said hello. I wish I would have asked to pet your dog and talked to you. Tell me where on the stairs we passed so I know it was you.
