Found Sleeping Bag on 580 at Lakeshore

Driving on 580 westbound around 2:30 this pm, a maroon minivan in front of us had a Thule top carrier that had popped open. A sleeping bag rolled out at Lakeshore exit and then at the Grand exit the driver had pulled over once notified that the Thule was open. An hour later we were once again at the Lakeshore exit and the sleeping bag was still there. If anyone knows the driver of the van, a tall silver-haired man 45-50 yrs old, please PM me so I can return his sleeping bag.
