Two dogs went running south to north on midvale through the intersection at Irvington road. The brown terrier mix was struck by a black sedan that took off and didn't stop and the black and white shitzhu stayed at its side the whole time. We immediately ran over and moved the two dogs to the northeast corner parking lot where we sat and waited approx 30 minutes to an hour for Pima animal control the terrier was still alive upon their arrival and was able to stand and was alert and responsive but appeared to be bleeding somewhere from the stomach region. I believe both were males and approx 2 to 4 years old there is information posted on the wall at the circle k there on Midvale Park and Irvington road. I am terribly sorry to deliver this news and we wish you all the very best. We did the best we could. P.s. very unique and well behaved dogs will be praying for reunification and speedy healing. God bless.
