Sharks game? New restaurant day? Quick grocery run? Bay Wheels Bike Share has your back! Using bike share instead of driving will save you cash for life's other necessities. Come to hang out at Carnegie Library and learn about the Bay Wheels bike share system! Forget paying for gas and parking when you can skip the traffic, enjoy the ride, and get there faster with bike share! Carnegie Library, Lyft, and Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition are partnering on a workshop series to teach residents about the ins and outs of using Bay Wheels bike share in San José. We will start with a Q&A chat session about using the Bike Share system and rules of the road. Then, we will go on a short bike ride to practice what we've talked about. Codes will be provided for all participants, so that you won't need to pay for this experimental trip! This workshop is valued at $150, but Carnegie Library and SVBC are offering it for free to the community! With e-bikes and non-e-bikes for you to check out, all you need is a little know-how.
