TRAINING AGENDA Session I 10am - 11am - Quiwanna James, LADDER Program Director, SHARE Quiwanna will be sharing some of the common tools she uses in her case management toolkit, as she works with clients in her job training program to keep them motivated and engaged. Session II 11am - 12pm - Panel Discussion - Self-Care and Case Management Seasoned case managers from across our CoC, running various programs including homeless prevention, outreach, rapid-rehousing and permanent supportive housing, will provide insight into ways they practice self-care as they work with clients to support them in their housing journey. Lunch 12pm - 12:30pm - Lunch will be provided: ham or turkey sub, chips, cookie , drink (vegetarian option available) Session III 12:40pm - 2:40pm - Ethics & Boundaries Essentials - Robyn Kelley, COO United Housing Connections Robyn will share best practices in professional ethics and how to establish appropriate boundaries when working with vulnerable people in crisis. This training will also provide information on establishing ethics and boundaries in the workplace. *** Following each session there will be a drawing for a "Self-Care Basket"! Be sure and stick around for a few minutes after each session. Winners must be present to win!!
