Hello Oak Room families, Segray would like to invite you to join us at AGRIscapes Discovery Farm on Wednesday, October 26. Please be at AGRIscapes Discovery Farm by 10:45 AM as we have a wonderful array of activities awaiting, including, a hay wagon ride and a lovely stroll through the patch for pumpkin picking! **PLEASE NOTE: Our class will be at AGRIscapes Discovery Farm on Wednesday, October 26th. The OAK classroom at Segray Eagle Rock will be CLOSED for the day.** PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR TICKET(S): 1. Although the Eventbrite lists free tickets, the Eventbrite tickets are only a RSVP for headcount. Payment will have to be made via cash or Venmo after your RSVP. 2. This field trip is limited to two caregivers and Segray students + siblings. 3. It is $16.00 per child, and $10.00 per adult. Please provide payment in exact cash to Segray by Friday, October 21. We kindly encourage families to pay in cash, but you may also Venmo @Annette-Gladstone. Please include the first and last name of each person that you are purchasing a ticket for on the envelope/in the Venmo message. Please reserve the amount of tickets on Eventbrite for how many people will be attending. 4. Due to limited capacity, this event is only for currently enrolled Segray students and their caregivers + siblings. A caregiver must accompany the Segray student. Please do not duplicate your order so we can accurately track the estimated number of people attending (you may contact a teacher at [email protected] to see if your order went through). 5. Please ARRIVE EARLY (at least 15 minutes) and meet at the entrance. If you are running late, please message us on Brightwheel. 6. Please wear comfortable, flat-soled shoes. You will be walking through fields / orchards / animal areas. 7. AGRIscapes accepts cash and card as payment method for purchases made in their Farm Store. 8. No dogs/outside animals are allowed in the Discovery Farm or Cal Poly Pomona fields. 9. Our class will be eating lunch together. Please provide your own lunch. Sandwiches and beverages may be available for purchase at the Farm Store, but are not guaranteed. 10. Please label all of your belongings (e.g. utensils, bags/backpacks, containers, clothes).
