I am Sheryl Carothers, Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Helen's Love Inc. We are a 501c3 Non-profit organization. Helen's Love Inc. meets the needs of those aging out of foster care as well as unwed teen moms. We are always looking for wonderful people to partner with us. Helen's Love Inc. residential program is designed to improve the transition into adulthood for teen moms and teens exiting foster care. Each youth is given opportunities to build skills based on their individual needs and ultimately to live independently. As a part of their coursework within the program, each youth will learn daily living skills, budgeting, nutrition, home locating & living, employment & career planning, educational development, transportation, healthy boundaries & relationships, goal planning, and experience social outings to help build community. Every month the youth in our program meet one on one with the CEO to ensure their individualized case plan is on track and milestones are being met. In order to reach the end goal of successfully moving out on their own into the community and maintaining stability. Maintaining a program of this caliber is a tremendous feat, we need your support for us to continue working with displaced youth. Each year Helen's Love Inc. host a formal dinner with entertainment, raffles, and a silent auction to raise money for housing and supporting youth. It's a fun night for a great purpose!
